It all begins with the basics.

Qualifications

  • An aptitude for math (fractions and decimals)

  • A good work ethic

  • Willingness and desire to learn

  • A positive attitude

  • A team player

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to work nights (all entry level machinists start on 2nd shift (3:30pm-1:30am Mon-Thurs) which pays a higher wage differential than 1st shift (7:30 am-3:30pm)
